Do you love to challenge yourself while training parkour? Well, of course you do. 

There are 50 Challenges waiting for you. 

- 15 basic Challenges 

- 15 advanced Challenges 

- 15 pro Challenges 

- 5 beast Challenges 

You got 3 hours to try to complete them all. The person with most completed challenges wins the cup! All completed challenges must be filmed, so the host can proof it. 

Schedule: 

12:00 - meeting at Westfalenhalle Dortmund and get warmed up 

12:45 - you receive the PDF with all the challenges in the whatsapp group (https://chat.whatsapp.com/D9LV9TVLVYz9fx1SBjvl5j)

13:00 - Challenge Race starts 

16:00 - Challenge Race ends 

16:30 - award ceremony 

After all that there will be enough time to jam til open end. See you there!
