IMACON 2024

IMACON is a three-day event focused on 3 contests before an audience - Skill Contest, Speed Contest, and Style Contest. This year, all contests will be divided into Girls and Adults categories. Judges will be announced during September and this year there will be a new judging technique for the Style Contest, which records points throughout the competition.

SKILL CONTEST

Qualifications take place on-site by completing challenges. The top 5 competitors advance to the finals (including winners from previous years). Everyone can participate.

The finale is divided into 3 setups, where each has several challenges and their execution. Points are collected for each separately + a bonus for completing in flow.

SPEED CONTEST

Qualifications take place on-site with one timed run. Anyone can participate.

In the final, 6 people in each category run 2 competitive runs.

STYLE CONTEST

Qualifications take place through submitting an online video with one flow. Send the video link (Youtube, Instagram, or storage link) to the email produkcija@imacademy.cz by the end of September. Include your age and full name in the video, and put "IMACON 2024" in the subject of the email.

On-site we will select one more person, the so-called "Wild Card".

In the final, 6 finalists for each category will each showcase their one run to selected music.

PRICE

The entry fee for IMACON is 1,100 CZK including a T-shirt.

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD

Accommodation is of course directly at the In Motion Academy. Overnight stays are on mats and gym mats, so bring sleeping bags. There is a possibility to shower in the hall.

On Saturday evening, there will be an opportunity to use the grill in front of the hall. Food is provided by the participants themselves. Supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby.
