xJAM SUMMER 25

xJam Summer -25 will be awesome!!!  

July 6th - July 9th 2025 (now FOUR days!) A jam that will bring the community together and create memories for life!   You get the chance to meet, hang out with and train with the Swedish parkour community and parkour lovers from all over Europe! 

There will be competitions, such as "skillchallenge", "wallchallenge", "boxchallenge", "trickingbattle", etc. You will all sleep at a hard surface on xFlows OCR-course. 

Bring something soft to sleep on and a sleeping bag.  Experience xFlows parkourpark, trampolin, foampit, springfloor and obstacle course. If the weather is fine we will train at different spots outside in Jönköping and Nässjö. We also hope to go to a lake with a jumping tower!  Swedish delicious breakfast is included in the price. We will sell pan pizza, bars, shakes, fruit, etc. at xFlow. The nearest grocery store and restaurant is about 2km from xFlow.  Please bring indoor shoes for traning at xFlow.
