Survival Themed training in Utrecht

Friday 15 March/ Free parkour training: Utrecht. Theme: urban survival We are going to figure out how to cross modern borders in an urban landscape. This session is for beginner and advanced movers. This session will be a relaxed, playful and challenging physically and mentally with fitting mazes and solutions for anyone. These days our movement has been limited. Like sheep in barn every direction you turn there are spaces off limits. -Can you even escape when there is a fire around you? Or a flood? -Imagine being threatened by violence. -Imagine being cornered while protesting. -What if you'd want to save friends or strangers in conflict? It all starts with facing obstacles. Think, trying and testing effective ways. There is always a way. Anyone can escape. Let's have open discussions about self governance, Private and public property and let's get ready to take control of your own position.
