Tekst van Kevin zelf:
My CREATIVITY workshop is a mixture of practical and theoretical skills.
I teach 3 different mental techniques for training and creativity throughout my entire workshop.
I do this by teaching unconventional or unusual moves. The main focus is to learn to slowly add, or manipulate the movement.
In between illustrating the next step of the movement, I remind my students that it is okay to move at your own pace, and that you can always move backwards to get a better understanding of what you are trying to do.
